Our certified hand therapists (CHTs) specialize in conditions from the hand to the shoulder, with custom splinting available at North Hills, Seven Fields, Robinson, and Fox Chapel.

AQUATIC THERAPY

SPORTS PERFORMANCE

ACL and knee injury prevention programs, return-to-sport protocols, and performance training for athletes at every level.

PRE-OPERATIVE THERAPY

Preparing for surgery? Pre-op therapy builds strength before your procedure and includes free crutch training programs.

IASTM & PILATES

Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization and Pilates-based rehabilitation to support recovery and long-term movement health.

For nearly 25 years, Tri-State Physical Therapy has been helping Western Pennsylvania families recover, rebuild, and return to the life they love, from youth athletes to adults getting back on their feet after surgery.

We're independently owned and co-located with Tri-State Orthopaedics at every location. That means your therapist works directly with your physician, not across town. And because we accept both UPMC and Highmark, you can focus on your recovery instead of navigating a billing maze.

Our 25 physical, occupational, and hand therapists bring experience from programs across the country. Many trained at top institutions and chose to come home to Western Pennsylvania, bringing that expertise back to the community they grew up in.
